Individual Psychotherapy

In therapy, the focus is on the current psychological complaints. These are often based on deeply rooted behavioural and attitudinal patterns. In persistent work they are made conscious and dissolved. 

The goal of psychotherapy is not limited to the reduction of symptoms, but also includes the training and promotion of skills that enable better self-regulation.
